Andrew Anderson

Denning Tan brings 20 years of experience across the tech startup, investment, and M&A sectors. At CARSOME, Malaysia’s first unicorn, he served as Director of Ecosystems & Sustainability, where he led the company’s venture-building strategy, M&A, and sustainability initiatives, and founded and ran the Carsome Mobility Lab Accelerator.

Previously, he led Startup Ecosystems for ASEAN & Pakistan at AWS, where he supported thousands of startups by co-creating the AWS ASEAN startup playbook and deploying AWS resources to enable startup-business development across the region.

He also venture-built for Inmagine Group/123RF and worked extensively with accelerators, incubators, and venture builders across ASEAN and Pakistan. Earlier in his career, Denning spent 15 years supporting startups, investors, and acquirers worldwide on fundraising and M&A exceeding USD 1 billion.
