As the Global Head of Reservations and Guest Experience at The Luxe Nomad, she brings years of expertise in elevating guest journeys through technology and design thinking. She previously led the Donor Experience Project at UNICEF Malaysia and drove CX initiatives at SOCAR from Korea and Houst in the UK.
Holding a Master’s in Design and Innovation from ELISAVA, Spain, Jean blends creative problem-solving with data-driven strategy. Her background also includes consulting at Accenture and a decade as a creative technologist in Singapore.
