Previously, he was Group Head of Product Marketing and Sales Support at Axiata Enterprise, leading ICT portfolios, partnerships, and sales strategies.

His expertise spans B2B e-commerce, IoT, and Cloud XaaS. With over 25 years in ICT, he collaborates with industry leaders on digital transformation. Richard holds an Executive MBA from AGSM and a Bachelor of Engineering from UNSW.
